We represent the British Microlouvre Koolshade® smart energy-saving blinds. These blinds have been evaluated by the Taiwan Architecture Center and can block solar radiant heat ranging from 79,072 to 737,956 watts per year. They provide significant energy-saving benefits while allowing for partial daylight and ventilation. The materials used in their development are recyclable, aligning with the sustainable goals of environmental protection and energy conservation.

This blinds system is the world’s thinnest and lightest, made from a multitude of woven bronze alloy. It is directly installed on the exterior of the glass and offers multiple functions. It can protect buildings from the intense glare of the sun, enhance indoor comfort, and provide features such as light adjustment, shading, heat insulation, insect resistance, and privacy protection.

Especially in buildings with large glass structures that are exposed to sunlight for extended periods, it’s common for them to absorb solar heat through the glass, leading to a gradual increase in indoor temperatures.
